The associates of Omnipro Services have contributed to the success of many of Ohio’s Construction Building Projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Our experience is on facilities predominately located in northeast Ohio and includes construction services such as inspection, material testing, and environmental services. Some examples of these projects include:

 

Hoover Plant Redevelopment Project in North Canton Ohio Hoover Plant Redevelopment Project
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services for this commercial construction project located in downtown North Canton, Ohio. Originally the home of the Hoover Company and a cornerstone of the local economy, this manufacturing plant, 1.5 million square feet, is being renovated to serve other purposes including new manufacturing space, commercial office build outs, restaurants, etc. While the current construction phase is expected to be completed in 2009. Several additional phases will be commencing in the near future. Final construction completion by 2012.
The Strip SignThe Strip Shopping Center
The associates at Omnipro Services provided construction site services on this construction project. Located on an old Strip Mine Site, this project required the placement of over 1.5 million cubic yards of engineered fill which exceeded 40 foot in depth in some locations. Over 10,000 feet of conduit was placed in sizes up to 90 inch diameter and at depths up to 40 feet. The Strip in Canton OhioAnchor stores Wal-Mart and Lowes consisted of over 300,000 square feet combined construction footprint.
 
For Engine Plant 2Ford Engine Plant No. 2 - Brook Park, Ohio
The associates at Omnipro Services provided construction site services on this $1.5 billion project which consisted of the operational renovation of the majority of the plant to produce the new aluminum block 60 degree V-6 line of engines. Making the project more challenging, a few of the engine subcomponent line had to be kept operational during construction and were spread across different areas of the plant. New construction consisted of new system flumes and recovery pits, new concrete floors and anchors pads, new lighting, new automated process machinery, enhanced MEP, and demolition of the previous systems.

The associates at Omnipro Services provided construction site services on various projects over a several year time span for the plant located in Canton, Ohio. These projects included new storage tanks, new process equipment, retrofitting of process equipment, new building facilities, and soils/environmental services.

These projects included new furnace construction, Furnace reconstruction and repair, new rolling mill equipment installation, and new building additions.
