The associates of Omnipro Services are currently providing construction services on numerous projects across the state of Ohio. These projects include Roadway Construction, Bridge Construction, Protective Coatings Inspection on Bridges, as well as Building Construction Projects. Some examples of our current projects are:

 

railroad construction projectJeremiah Morrow Bridge Replacement Project
Omnipro Services has recently been selected to provide Comprehensive Construction Support and Construction Site services for the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge Replacement Project. This project, located between Columbus and Cincinnati will replace the high level Bridges at the 36 mile post on Interstate 71 just outside Wilmington. The existing deck truss bridges will be replaced with a concrete cast-in-place segmental box structure using the balanced cantilever method of construction. This $88.1 million project is scheduled to be completed in six years in the summer of 2016.
railroad construction projectCanton, OH 12th Street Reconstruction Project
Omnipro Services is providing Construction Support and Construction Site services for the Stark County Engineer for the 12th Street Reconstruction Project. This project, located between Canton and Massillon, will improve 12th Street by re-profiling the existing grades, replacing a large drainage conduit system, and implementing slope improvements. As part of the surface re-profiling, significant undercutting along with an engineered fill system utilizing a geotextile system will be utilized. It is anticipated that project will be completed by fall 2011.
railroad construction projectConstruction Site Services for Portage County Railroad Reconstruction
Omnipro Services is providing construction site services for the Ohio Rail Development Commission for a railroad reconstruction project in Portage County. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and is part of the CSX National Gateway Program which will increase vertical clearance to accommodate double stacked containers. Key project attributes include the widening of track centers, construction of new universal No. 20 crossovers, and demolition.
city of canton roadwayConstruction Inspection & Protective Coatings Inspection ODOT District 4
Omnipro Services is providing construction site services on a multi-year, district-wide inspection contract in District 4, for the Ohio Department of Transportation. This work will consist of multiple construction projects throughout northeast Ohio. Services for these projects include general construction inspection on roadway construction projects, bridge construction projects, as well as protective coatings inspection on bridge painting contracts. These site services will be provided in a six county region which includes Stark, Summit, Portage, Trumbull, Mahoning, and Ashtabula counties in northeast Ohio.
city of canton roadwaySherrick Road Rehabilitation Project
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services on this stimulus funded non-traditional LPA project located in south Canton. The scope of the project included the replacement of all pavements, subgrade, and the removal/replacement of select poor subsurface materials. Once all unsuitable material has been removed the soil will be stabilized using a geo-synthetic grid system prior to placing new roadway base. The new roadway will be profiled and surface with flexible asphalt pavement. The project is scheduled to be complete in 2010.
I-75 Widening Project – Cincinnati/Dayton CorridorI-75 Widening – Cincinnati/Dayton Corridor
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support services on the $110 Million infrastructure improvement project. This project entails the reconstruction of 8.4 miles of I-75 and the addition of a fourth travel lane in each direction. Included is the reconstruction of interchanges, Ramps, State Route 122, and a dozen mainline/overhead bridges. This project lies in the central section of the Dayton-Cincinnati I-75 corridor program. Construction is expected to be completed in June 2012.
Hoover Plant RenovationHoover Plant Renovation in North Canton
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services for this building construction project located in downtown North Canton, Ohio. Originally the home of the Hoover Company and a cornerstone of the local economy, this 1,500,000 square foot manufacturing plant is being renovated to serve other commercial purposes including new manufacturing space, commercial office build outs, restaurants, etc. While the current construction phase is expected to be completed in 2009. Several additional phases will be commencing in the near future. Final construction completion by 2012.
Deerfield Bridge Reconstruction in Stark CountyDeerfield Bridge Reconstruction
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services on this non-traditional LPA project located near Dalton for Stark County. This project consists of demolition of the current structure and the construction of a new concrete box beam bridge with integral abutments. The project is scheduled to complete construction in 2010.
Protective Coatings Inspection ODOT District 8Construction Inspection & Protective Coatings Inspection ODOT District 8
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction site services on a multi-year district-wide inspection contract for the Ohio Department of Transportation. This work consists of multiple bridge projects in southwest Ohio. Services for these projects include general construction inspection as well as protective coatings inspection on several bridge painting contracts. These site services are provided for a seven-county region which includes Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Warren, Preble, and Greene counties in southwest Ohio.
Canton Park Drive Intersection ReconstructionFulton-Park Drive Reconstruction
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services on this stimulus funded non-traditional LPA project located is Northwest Canton. The scope includes reconstruction of a major intersection between Fulton Road and Park Drive. The new intersection will be signalized with turning lanes. Additional elements include new curb and gutter, storm sewers, resurfacing and full depth replacements extending out from the intersection. When completed, this project will provide an additional and aesthetically pleasing entrance to the Pro-football Hall of Fame. The project is scheduled to be complete is 2010.
Montgomery Road Widening Project in CincinnatiMontgomery Road Widening - Cincinnati
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support services on the $11.5 Million infrastructure improvement project. This project entails the reconstruction & widening of 1.5 miles of U.S. 22/Montgomery Road from Red Cloud CT. to just south of Fields Ertel Road. Road will be widened from 2 lanes to four lanes with the addition of a center turn lane. New storm sewers, sounds barriers, retaining walls, new water main and laterals, are components of this project. Construction is expected to be completed in October 2011.
Cleveland Avenue PavingCleveland Ave. Paving/Drainage Project
Omnipro Services is currently providing construction support & site services on this 3 mile long non-traditional LPA project for the City of Canton. The scope includes the milling and resurfacing of the roadway with a rubberized surface course, the replacement of 78 inch diameter conduit that is almost 30 feet in depth, new sidewalk ramps, loop detectors for existing signalized intersections, along with new curb and gutter. Maintenance or traffic plays a very important role as this roadway serves as the main artery between two metropolitan areas. Project completion in 2010.
