Omnipro Services - Our Depth of Experience
The associates of Omnipro Services provide professional agency construction management (CM) services utilizing personnel that are highly trained, devoted, and experienced on the types of projects that they are assigned. This experience is CM Services experience, not general contracting experience, not design experience, or other irrelevant loosely related experience. The CM Services experience of the proposed staff is the most important factor in considering an organization to provide CM Services for a proposed project.
Unlike many of our competitors that advertise work that their organization has been under contract to provide, we demonstrate the collective CM Services experience of our team personnel. Other than commitment to the contract, the organizational shell provides little value added service; it’s the people who manage the work that bring true value. When someone leaves an organization in this transient industry, they take their experience with them and the organization retains little to no knowledge/experience of the past projects. The true assets in the CM industry are good people. The cumulative background of our associates represent over 200 years of construction experience in Ohio.
The experience we demonstrate is the collective experience our associates. Some of this experience has been gained by our associates while working at other organizations and some of it with Omnipro Services. The true value delivered in this industry is the experience and know-how of the personnel provided for a particular project.
